Introduction

The Town Council is seeking the provision of 2 x Electric Vehicle Chargepoints on Market Hill. Tender documents are available on the News page and on the Government Contract Finder website. The installation will help support the Council’s overall goal to invest in sustainable alternatives, reduce its own carbon footprint, and will contribute to the reduction of toxic air pollution. The Council hopes residents and visitors will be encouraged to make the switch to EV reducing their individual contribution to global greenhouse gas emissions. The closing date for tenders is Friday 16th December at 12.00 noon
